1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing ONAROLLCLUB.COM or participating in our Hamilton Island Race Week activation, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Entertainment Only
All predictions, leaderboards, chalk boards, AR experiences, and prize draws are provided for entertainment and fan engagement only. They do not constitute gambling services, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome on licensed platforms.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
This site contains affiliate links to licensed Australian entertainment platforms. We may receive a commission when you register or transact with a partner after clicking our link. Commissions help fund our free tent experience. Partner terms, eligibility, and responsible-gaming tools apply on their sites, not ours.
4. Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older to use this website, participate at our tent, or click through to partner platforms. We use an age gate and reserve the right to refuse participation if we cannot verify age.
5. Photography and Image Consent
By participating in filmed or photographed activities where consent is requested, you grant ONAROLLCLUB a non-exclusive licence to use your likeness in event marketing and recap content unless you withdraw consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, copy, graphics, leaderboard software, and tent design on this site are owned by or licensed to ONAROLLCLUB. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: misrepresent your identity or age; tamper with leaderboards or competition entries; harass staff or other visitors; attempt to hack or disrupt the website; use automated bots; or promote unlawful gambling services. We may remove entries and ban participation for breach.
8. Prizes and Promotions
Prize availability, eligibility, and judging criteria are displayed at the tent and on promotional materials. Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. We may substitute prizes of equal value. No purchase is required at our tent. Partner platform offers are subject to their separate rules.
9. Disclaimers
The website and activation are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or accuracy of third-party race data shown on screens.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONAROLLCLUB and its organisers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, tent, or partner links. Our total liability for any claim relating to the activation is limited to AUD $100 or the value of the prize at issue, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ONAROLLCLUB against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
13. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gaming page, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of ONAROLLCLUB.COM and the Race Week activation.
